The massive, one-day Farmers Market known as FarmStock 2016 was held under sun-drenched skies at Lilac Farm in Holden, MA on July 24, 2016 and Lock 50 was there sampling a Louisiana Cajun Style Panzanella salad. Chef Tim Russo prepared this rustic dish using 100% locally-sourced ingredients from Applefield Farm, B&B Farm, Book & Plow Farm, Carlson Orchards, Carr’s Ciderhouse, Harvey’s Farm, Full Sun Farm, Kitchen Garden Farm, Lilac Hedge Farm and Queens Greens. Chef Russo also lent a hand with the Farm to Fork dinner held immediately after FarmStock, also at Lilac Farm.
