Nick Geraci – Executive Chef
Executive Chef Nick Geraci attended Johnson & Wales University before landing his first and most formative position as a dishwasher in Matt Jennings’ famed and now closed Providence eatery Farmstead, Inc. Over the course of his six years with the company, Nick worked his way from dishwasher to Sous Chef. After that, Nick spent a few years in various Italian restaurants around the world, spending time in Italy, Canada, and several parts of the US. and developed a specific concentration in pasta making.
Some restaurants of note that Nick has had the pleasure of working in were Osteria (Philadelphia PA), Ristorante Frosio (Almé Italy), Benedetto (Cambridge, MA), and Volturno and Armsby Abbey (Worcester, MA).
