The Chef’s Tasting at Lock 50 is an experience not to be missed. Executive Chef Tim Russo, Chef Patrick Howard and their staff will prepare a collection of small tastes as a 5- or 7-Course dinner. Our team’s culinary expertise and innovation will be on display. Guests have a chance to step just outside their comfort zone during this unique approach to dining. This is a true “blind Chef’s Tasting”, guests won’t know what’s being served. The dishes – using local and seasonal ingredients, will progress from appetizer-like starters, to main course dishes, to dessert.
Enhance the dining experience with wine paired especially for your meal. Patrick Suleski, Lock 50’s Sommelier and Beverage Director will pair each course with wines selected to enhance the overall dining experience.
