Please join Lock 50 as we present a 5-course Chef’s Tasting dinner featuring the Ben Glaetzer Wine Portfolio. Patrick Suleski, Lock 50’s Sommelier and Beverage Director, will pair each course with wines selected to enhance the overall dining experience.

The Aussie-inspired tasting menu will be left to the fancy of Executive Chef Tim Russo – our guests won’t know what’s coming, but the dishes will progress from appetizer-like starters, to main course dishes, to dessert, and each course will be expertly paired with a Ben Glaetzer wine chosen by Suleski to amplify those flavors.
